Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and will be available for immediate shipment (next day shipment during mon-fri). 

 

Order Shipment

The delivery time frame is between 3 to 5 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier depending on your location. There will be no tracking link provided. We guarantee all customers to receive their orders within 5 business days. Should there be any delay, our customer service will reach out to inform you directly. 

 

Cancellations & Refunds

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours and you must cancel your order before your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, no return & refundable.
